ArtBank

The ArtBank allows the client to lease high quality artwork for their home or office while supporting the ArtSpace and avoiding generic reproductions often seen in business settings.

As the ArtBank grows our variety will continue to expand. Right now we have 10 print packages framed at 11x14 or 16x20 sizes.

Below is the basic outline of how it works and what the client can expect:

Inventory: Ten individual 11x14 or 16x20 framed prints selected by the customer from the artist and exhibition galleries. NOTE: A great place to start is at the 10th Year Exhibition for a complete set of matching prints.

Fees: $4 a month for each 11x14 / $5 a month for each 16x20 plus $25 one time preparation fee

Purchasing: The standard price of each 11x14 is $40 and each 16x20 framed image is $60. Starting at the end of the first month, the client is entitled to a 10% discount off the cost of any purchase. If the client leases for 10 months, at the end of the 10th month, the client fully owns the show.

Loss/damage: The care and safety of the images is the responsibility of the client. Total loss of a print will be billed at the sale price when the prints are reclaimed by the ArtSpace including applicable discounts for total months the artwork was leased. Lesser damage will be billed at the replacement cost of the damaged product or the sale price of the print, whichever is less.

Billing: Checks are made out to New Community ArtSpace. Following invoices will be electronically delivered and payment may be delivered via check or credit card. After the first month, there is no obligation to continuing leasing the work and the client, upon receiving an invoice, can request the work be retrieved and discontinue the lease agreement within 5 business days of invoice delivery.
