Mika Altskan is a 15 year old photographer in Washington DC. Mika enjoys taking pictures of close up city life and city landscapes in DC and other countries he visits. Mika took three years of black and white dark room photography at the Patricia M Sitar Arts Center, where Mika learned photography techniques as well as developing pictures in the dark room.
