Hello friends,

The details are set and pre-registration for the SIX canning slots will be put online tonight at 8pm (scroll down). The registration fee will be just $5 and that will include all the supplies necessary! We will be pickling beets and either canning tomatoes or apple butter depending on the freshest supplies.

In addition to the canning there will be extra jars of prepped vegetables, fresh pesto in the blenders and garden inspired pottery and photography all for the modest of means. Also, we have a local chef taking the goods from the garden and spinning something magnificent for patrons to sample.
