I will be down at the ArtSpace tonight at 6:30 PM to check on the space and make sure everything is okay. Call or text before you come down to make sure it is open as it would be great if folks want to use the darkroom or throw for an hour while I do whatever needs to be done. 202-722-7153 (this is my personal cell phone, please continue to use the ArtSpace number for normal use)

Bus service is still not running to my neighborhood and will need to get off the road before everything freezes so we will be closing early.

Open Studio occurs each Monday except for holidays.

We welcome folks to come in and paint, sculpt, throw, develop and craft while sharing your ideas and conversation with fellow friends and artists. Our general art supplies will be out, the pottery room and darkroom will be open and we will do our best to maximize our space to accommodate as many people as possible.

The fee for each Open Studio is $5.

If you are interested in photography or pottery on the wheel, space is limited and there will be a first come, first served sign-up. We will divide the evening into two 1 hour blocks and if no one is waiting, then you will be able to work all night long!

Special Notes:
Photography - Fresh chemicals are provided, you bring your own paper.
Pottery - Clay and tools are provided along with a small variety of glazes. There are modest firing fees and they are posted in the pottery room.
Painters - Sorry, no oil paints.
