Amauta
Amauta Marston-Firmino was featured in this Washington Post Article. Amauta also has one of his shorts posted here: http://www.ourstoriesdc.com/amauta
Amuata Marston-Firmino interned at the ArtSpace during Spring 2008 and is responsible for many of the upgrades to the space. In addition to his many tactile talents around the ArtSpace he also exhibited his work in a solo exhibition in June. Amauta’s prints mix graffitti and illustration style free hand art sketches with the digital coloring capabilities of Photoshop to produce stunning original pieces of artwork.
Recently, he has started to broaden his interests and follow in his talented mother’s footsteps by picking up a camera. The four photographs in this portfolio were also submitted into FotoWeekDC.
